Mango Grape Spinach Nut Salad

For a healthy raw food salad – place the following ingredients into your food processor.
  • 4 cups of loose Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated onion (sorry…this isn’t fresh or raw but it works)
  • ½ cup of Toasted Slivered Almonds (Toast in oven at 350ºF for about 6-8 min)
  • 1/2 chopped fresh mango (peeled)
  • 10 dark red grapes
  • 1 teaspoon of Minced Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of Minced Raw Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Lime Juice Extract or Juice of one lime
  • 1 cup loose of Fresh Radish Sprouts
  • 1 cup loose of Fresh Alfalfa Sprouts

Turn on food processor for about 10 secs. Do NOT over process. Leave it chunky.

Serve on a bed of red leafy lettuce or any leafy lettuce.

Serves 2-4

Serve with a healthy organic nutty, seedy, fruity trail mix sprinkled over the top.
