Healthy Raw Food Spinach & Almond Pesto

For a healthy raw food pesto – mix the following ingredients in a food processor
If you’d like to sweeten the mixture use this alternate ingredient: dark red grapes: about 1/2 cup
  • 4 cups of loose Fresh Baby Spinach
  • ½ cup of Raw Almonds
  • 2 teaspoon of Pureed Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon of Minced Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of Minced Raw Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice Extract
  • 1 teaspoon of Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup loose of Fresh Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup loose Fresh Radish Sprouts

Serves 2

Serve with a side of healthy organic crispy rice crackers
