For a healthy raw food pesto – mix the following ingredients in a food processor
If you’d like to sweeten the mixture use this alternate ingredient: dark red grapes: about 1/2 cup
- 4 cups of loose Fresh Baby Spinach
- ½ cup of Raw Almonds
- 2 teaspoon of Pureed Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of Minced Ginger
- 1 tablespoon of Minced Raw Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Extra Light Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice Extract
- 1 teaspoon of Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 cup loose of Fresh Alfalfa Sprouts
- 1/2 cup loose Fresh Radish Sprouts
Serves 2
Serve with a side of healthy organic crispy rice crackers
