Steve has been cooking for the public for over 15 years. He’s worked in large formal restaurants, fast food joints and most recently he was the chef/owner of a successful breakfast & lunch cafe. Though he has no formal training from any culinary schools, he has learned his craft from the bottom up and he takes great pride in his creations – especially his soups, chowders and creative, great-tasting comfort food. He’s now developing low-carb and low calorie creations. If you’d like any help in the kitchen he’s willing to share his experience and passion.
